BLUE CRUISE ON BODRUM–GOKOVA-BODRUM

Bodrum is Turkey's premiere vacation town and the most popular point of departure for Blue Cruises. In addition to the laid-back atmosphere and vivid nightlife of this international resort town, other attractions include the Castle of St. Peter, which dates back to the Crusades, and now houses a museum of underwater archeology, the Mausoleum of Halicarnassos, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World built by King Mausolus, and an ancient Roman theater.

Bodrum-Gokova-Bodrum blue cruise will allow you to explore Gokova Gulf, a deep-blue sheltered stretch of sea sheltered to the north by the Bodrum Peninsula to the south by the Datca Peninsula. During Bodrum-Gokova-Bodrum blue cruise, shore excursions are optional and may sometimes require a small fee for overland transport, guides or admission to archaeological sites.

BLUE CRUISE Day 1:

Boarding the yacht in Bodrum, we enjoy a welcome drink. A short briefing from the captain ensures everyone is familiar with the yacht and what we will do during the week of your yacht cruise Turkey. We settle in and have dinner aboard, in the harbor.

BLUE CRUISE Day 2:

The first day of our yacht cruise Turkey takes us to Orak Island, just south of Bodrum. Here, we swim, rest or have the opportunity to visit the ruins of Byzantine village. After lunch, we cruise to Cokertme Bay - a spectacular anchorage. Dinner and overnight in Cokertme.

BLUE CRUISE Day 3:

After breakfast, we depart for Seven Islands, a cruise of just over one hour. In the afternoon, we cruise to our overnight anchorage on the eastern side of English Port. This spot is known locally as English Harbor, as British torpedo boats hid here during World War II. We spend much of our time here swimming, snorkeling and windsurfing.

BLUE CRUISE Day 4:

Sailing to Sedir Island (Cleopatra island), the site of ancient Cedrae. For those who wish to explore the ruins ashore and take a swim at Cleopatra beach (the sand was reputedly brought here from Africa especially for Cleopatra), there is an option to do just this. Then our yacht will sail to Karacasogut village for Dinner and an overnight stay in Karacasogut, a small village only 25 minutes from Marmaris. For those who wish to spend a night out on thier yacht cruise Turkey, a minibus service departs to Marmaris town centre.

BLUE CRUISE Day 5:

Morning swims will become part of your daily regime of yacht cruise Turkey. We cruise mid-morning to Longoz Bay, a pine-forested lunch stop. The next stop will be Tuzla Bay. Dinner and overnight on board. You may take a walk through the shore by the pine forest in the night.

BLUE CRUISE Day 6:

After cruising the to the northern side of the gulf, we stop for lunch and a swim at Kargili, a small bay set at the foot of a huge mountain. Continuing our journey in the afternoon, we arrive at our last stop for the day at Kisekbuku.

BLUE CRUISE Day 7:

After breakfast, we sail thru Pabuc and Yaliciftlik with swimming stops in crystal clear waters. Tonight we enjoy a farewell dinner together at the Bodrum Port.

BLUE CRUISE Day 8:

After having breakfast in Bodrum, you will leave the Gulet with best wishes to see you again in a yacht cruise Turkey and a pleasant journey homeward.
